Family Counseling

Families are an integral part of healthy, functioning individuals and we believe that if one family member is struggling, it can disrupt the entire system. Family dynamics are unique, complex, and sometimes painful. Family members can be a source of encouragement and support and sometimes hurtfulness. It takes hard work, thoughtful, intentional communication, and the willingness to look at things from another person’s perspective.
