While most conflict between clients and clinicians can be addressed directly, in accordance with the State of Texas, we provide information below to assist your pursuit of a report. Our relationships with our clients are extremely important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to try to handle any issues that come up. Please always feel free to reach out to provide feedback by contacting the practice at info@mend-counseling.com

Alternatively, some may have had wonderful experiences with their clinician and like to show support for their practice. Google reviews may be left for Mend Counseling, PLLC here.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the "No Surprises Act," as of January 1, 2022 medical facilities are required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" to patients not planning to use insurance. This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. Please let your provider know if you plan to seek services as a self-pay client, and this can be provided to you. For more information go to: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
