Adrianna Bourland, LPC, is a dedicated mental health professional who works with individuals across the lifespan, supporting the well-being of children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Human Development from The University of Alabama.
Adrianna specializes in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and expressive arts, using a strengths-based approach to foster growth in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. She believes that every individual is unique and strives to help each client reach their full potential. Passionate about the power of art as a tool for mindfulness and self-expression, Adrianna integrates creative techniques into her sessions to encourage meaningful engagement and self-discovery, while also utilizing ART to help clients process distressing experiences and reduce the impact of trauma.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) is a drug-free, non-hypnosis therapy that transcends modern therapeutic methods by treating adults and children with depression, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, PTSD, family issues, performance anxiety, poor self image, substance abuse, sexual abuse, OCD, addictions, and many other mental and physical conditions resulting in remarkable benefits in a very short time.
Outside of her work, Adrianna loves crafting/crocheting, taking Pilates classes, walking by White Rock Lake with her husband, snuggling with her two adorable chihuahuas, and cheering on Alabama football and her favorite Formula 1 driver, George Russell.
