Adrianna Bourland, LPC, is a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for supporting the social-emotional well-being of children, adolescents, and young women. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Human Development from The University of Alabama. Adrianna’s journey into counseling began in educational settings, where she worked in a learning center helping children with learning disabilities thrive academically and socially.

Adrianna specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and expressive arts, using a strengths-based approach to foster growth in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. She believes that every individual is unique and strives to help each client reach their full potential. Passionate about the power of art as a tool for mindfulness and self-expression, Adrianna integrates creative techniques into her sessions to encourage meaningful engagement and self-discovery.

She has extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and young women navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, friendship challenges, social stress, life transitions, changes in family dynamics, grief, and identity development, as well as learning disabilities (LD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Adrianna especially enjoys working with adolescents and young women, including teen girls, who are facing social pressures, anxiety, and evolving relationships. She is deeply passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals in understanding their strengths and developing strategies that promote confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.

Outside of her work, Adrianna loves crocheting, taking walks by White Rock Lake with her husband, snuggling with her two chihuahuas, and cheering on Alabama football and her favorite Formula 1 drivers, Lando Norris and George Russell.
