D'Anna Klassen, LPC Associate

Ages 13+, SYMBIS · Couples · Career · Infidelity · Trauma · Women’s Issues

D’Anna is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Mark E. Hundley, M.Ed., LPC-S. She is a Dallas native and received her Master of Science from Southern Methodist University. D’Anna works with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression, disordered eating, life transitions, and trauma. She helps clients move from feelings of guilt, shame, and loneliness, to feeling confident, self-assured, able to access grace for themselves while engaging in a more fulfilling life. D’Anna enjoys working with new and expecting moms in the pre and postnatal stages and offers telehealth to accommodate busy schedules. She specializes in working with couples with parenting concerns, high conflict, and infidelity.

D’Anna provides a warm, humorous, and direct approach to therapy and collaborates with clients to determine what might work best for them in counseling. She understands the challenges of seeking out therapy and finding the “right fit” in a therapist, therefore, she strives to provide a warm and welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, seen, and valued as a human being with their own unique life experiences.

After 10 years in business leadership, D’Anna shifted careers to the counseling field. Her personal transition has given her both a passion and a gift for coaching individuals who are also considering a career change.

Out of the office, D’Anna is likely spending time with her daughter, her husband, and their 60-pound Goldendoodle. She also enjoys fitness and is a cycle instructor at her local YMCA. D’Anna enjoys any chance she gets to be outside, travel with her family (especially if it’s on a beach), cook, or find some live music to enjoy.
